- We at ABRIPL are committed to welfare and safe working conditions for our workforce.
- ABRIPL provides motivational speech and tool box talks to its workforce.
- Apart from meeting all labour welfare guidelines as laid out in preamble and OHSE documents we are ready to collaborate and inculcate any learnings / new requirements as laid out by PMC/All Team.
- Drinking water & Refreshment, no entry for underage labour, no woman labour for heavy lifting work will be taken care off.
- We execute contracts and written orders with our sub contractor team in English and Hindi to apprise them of the risks and associated & rewards for following good safety practices at site.
- PF & ESI compliance is strictly kept.
- Safety box for treatment (first aid) is kept at multiple places.
- Tie up with local hospital for injury to workers and risk management.
- All safety related PPE is provided free of cost to our labour.
