We at ABRIPL are committed to welfare and safe working conditions for our workforce.
ABRIPL provides motivational speech and tool box talks to its workforce.
Apart from meeting all labour welfare guidelines as laid out in preamble and OHSE documents we are ready to collaborate and inculcate any learnings / new requirements as laid out by PMC/All Team.
Drinking water & Refreshment, no entry for underage labour, no woman labour for heavy lifting work will be taken care off.
We execute contracts and written orders with our sub contractor team in English and Hindi to apprise them of the risks and associated & rewards for following good safety practices at site.
PF & ESI compliance is strictly kept.
Safety box for treatment (first aid) is kept at multiple places.
Tie up with local hospital for injury to workers and risk management.
All safety related PPE is provided free of cost to our labour.
